Your privacy is central to HelloDr. Online consultations are designed so your medical conversations stay strictly between you and your doctor, with multiple layers of protection built in.

How we protect you

• Encrypted connections — calls, chats and the website all use secure, encrypted links (HTTPS).
• Private by default — only you and your doctor can access your conversation and shared files.
• Protected documents — reports and prescriptions are stored privately and served only to authorised users, never listed publicly.
• No public exposure — your records are never shared or sold without your explicit action.

Your part in staying safe

• Take calls in a private space and use a device only you control.
• Never share your password; HelloDr staff will never ask for it.
• Log out on shared or public computers.

Sharing reports safely
