Welcome to HelloDr. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HelloDr website, apps and services (together, the "Platform"). By using HelloDr you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked from our Policies hub. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About HelloDr
HelloDr is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, third-party healthcare providers — doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and laboratories ("Providers"). HelloDr is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy or laboratory and does not itself provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment or medicines.
2. Not for Emergencies
HelloDr must never be used for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency service or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use HelloDr. You may book and manage care for dependents (such as children or elderly family members) where you are legally permitted to do so and take responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. The Doctor–Patient Relationship
Any doctor–patient relationship is formed solely between you and the Provider you choose. HelloDr is not a party to that relationship. Providers are independently responsible for the advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, procedures and services they offer. You are responsible for choosing a Provider suitable for your needs.
5. Doctor Finder & Booking Tools
HelloDr offers search, filtering, our AI care-guide and smart-booking tools to help you find and book Providers. These tools are aids only; they do not recommend a specific Provider as medically best for you. Availability, fees and timings shown are provided by Providers and may change.
6. Appointments & Online Consultations
Booking, confirmation, video-consultation and attendance rules are set out in our Appointments Policy. Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and no-shows are governed by the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, Refund Policy and No-Show Policy.
7. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
8. Your Responsibilities
- Use the Platform lawfully and only for genuine healthcare needs.
- Give Providers accurate medical and personal information.
- Attend confirmed appointments on time or cancel within the allowed window.
- Do not misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
- Do not post unlawful, false, defamatory or infringing content.
9. Provider Responsibilities
Registered Providers must hold valid registrations and licences (for example PMDC registration for doctors), keep their profiles accurate, honour published fees and timings, and comply with applicable law and professional standards. Providers are solely responsible for the care they deliver.
10. Reviews & User Content
Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and follow our guidelines. We may moderate, decline or remove content that is fake, abusive, unlawful or in breach of these Terms. You grant HelloDr a licence to display content you submit on the Platform.
11. Payments, Charges & Refunds
Payments are handled under our Payment Terms & Conditions. Platform charges and provider settlement fees are explained in Charges & Fees.
12. Sponsored & Featured Listings
Some listings may be promoted or featured. Promoted placements are clearly labelled and do not represent a clinical endorsement by HelloDr.
13. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its content, branding and software are owned by HelloDr or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by these Terms.
14. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate third-party services (such as payment gateways and maps). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloDr is not liable for the acts or omissions of Providers, for the outcome of any consultation or treatment, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify HelloDr against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the Platform or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or to protect users and the Platform.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have. We encourage you to contact our support team first so we can try to resolve any issue.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continuing to use HelloDr after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
