1. HelloDr Is Not a Medical Provider
HelloDr is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, third-party doctors, pharmacies and laboratories. HelloDr does not practise medicine and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Any care you receive is provided by the Provider you choose, not by HelloDr.
2. Not for Emergencies
Do not use HelloDr for medical emergencies. If you or someone else may be having an emergency — such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or thoughts of self-harm — call your local emergency service or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
3. Educational Content
Health articles and information on HelloDr are for general education only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor about your specific situation. Learn how we create content in our Content Review Process.
4. Provider Information
Provider profiles, qualifications, fees and availability are supplied by Providers. While we take reasonable steps to verify key credentials, you are responsible for confirming a Provider's suitability for your needs.
5. Online Consultations
Online (video/audio) consultations may not be appropriate for every condition. A Provider may advise an in-person visit or tests. Follow the medical advice you receive.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Healthcare outcomes vary between individuals. Neither HelloDr nor Providers can guarantee any particular result.
