Can I book the same doctor again for a follow-up?
Absolutely. Returning to a doctor you trust is easy, and keeping your visits together gives you far better continuity of care — the doctor already knows your story and can track how you're progressing.
Quickest way to rebook
- Open Appointments → Past in your dashboard.
- Find your previous visit and tap Book again (or open the doctor's profile).
- Choose a slot — many doctors offer quicker or discounted follow-up consults, often online.
Why follow-ups matter
- The doctor already has your history and can adjust treatment based on your response.
- Great for reviewing test results, fine-tuning medication, or checking recovery.
- Online follow-ups save you a trip when a physical exam isn't needed.
Keeping records together
All visits with a doctor stay linked in your history, so prescriptions and reports build a clear timeline the doctor can refer back to. If you booked the first visit for a dependant, select the same person for the follow-up so the records stay consistent.
Bringing your previous reports to the follow-up (or sharing them in chat) helps the doctor give the most accurate advice — see how to share reports.
