Yes — HelloDr sends confirmations and reminders so a busy day never costs you your appointment. Reminders are especially useful for online visits, where the reminder includes the link to join the consultation room.
What you'll receive
- Instant confirmation the moment your booking is made, with the doctor, date, time and visit type.
- Reminders ahead of the appointment (timing may vary by setup), including a button to join online consults.
- Updates if anything changes — for example if the doctor reschedules or cancels.
Make sure reminders reach you
- Keep your mobile number and email accurate in your profile.
- Allow notifications if you've installed the app.
- Check the in-app notification bell and your Appointments list — these always show the latest status.
For online visits
Your reminder includes a button to join the video/chat room. You can also open the appointment in your dashboard and join from there a few minutes before the start time, which gives you a moment to check your camera and microphone.
