In-clinic appointment

You visit the doctor's clinic or hospital in person at the booked time. This is best for:

• Physical examinations, procedures, vaccinations or anything needing hands-on assessment.
• First visits where the doctor wants to examine you directly.
• Conditions that may need on-site tests or equipment.

Online appointment (video or chat)

You consult from home through a secure in-app video call or chat. This is best for:

• Follow-ups and reviewing test results.
• Common issues like skin concerns, minor infections, prescription refills and general advice.
• When travel is difficult, you live in another city, or you simply want to save time.

Each doctor's profile shows the consultation types they support and the fee for each, so you'll always know your options before booking. Pick the type before selecting a slot.
