Can I manage appointments for my family members?
Yes. HelloDr lets you add dependants so you can book and manage healthcare for your children, parents, spouse or anyone in your care — all from your single account. This is perfect for parents managing kids' visits or adults looking after elderly relatives.
Add a dependant
- Go to your patient dashboard and open Dependants (or Family members).
- Tap Add dependant.
- Enter their name, relationship, date of birth and gender.
- Save. They'll now appear as an option whenever you book.
Booking for a dependant
When you book an appointment or lab test, simply choose the family member the visit is for. Their prescriptions and reports are filed under their name so records never get mixed up, and each person builds their own clear medical history over time.

- Each dependant keeps their own appointment and prescription history under your account.
- Adult dependants can later create their own account and you can stop managing on their behalf.
- Always select the correct person before paying so the doctor sees the right patient details.
