How do I find the appointment I just booked?

All your bookings live in one place, so you never have to dig through emails or messages to remember when your visit is. Here's how to find and manage them.

Where to look

1. Log in and open your dashboard.
2. Go to Appointments.
3. Switch between the Upcoming and Past tabs.

What you can do from there

• View the doctor, date, time, visit type and any note you added.
• Join an online consult when it's time.
• Reschedule or cancel upcoming visits.
• Open the prescription and any reports linked to a completed visit.
• Download the invoice for your records or reimbursement.

Can't see your booking?

First, make sure you're logged into the same account you used to book. If you booked for a dependant, the appointment is filed under that family member, so switch to them. If it's still missing, your payment may not have completed — check the Payments section, and if money was deducted, keep the reference and contact support.
