What information can providers see about me?
Providers only ever see what they need to serve you for the specific service you booked — never your entire account or your history with other providers. Here's exactly who sees what.
Doctors
- Your name and the details relevant to the consultation you booked with them.
- Anything you choose to share in that consultation's chat, such as reports.
- Prescriptions they issue to you, which become part of your record.
Labs
- The test you booked and the details needed to process it and deliver the report.
Pharmacies
- Your order and delivery details, plus any prescription you provide for prescription-only items.
What they don't see
Providers can't browse your unrelated history, read other doctors' notes, or open records you haven't shared with them. You stay in control of exactly what you share and with whom.
