How do I delete my account?

You can request to delete your HelloDr account at any time. Please read this first, because deletion is permanent and can't be undone once it's processed.

Before you delete

• Download anything you need — prescriptions, lab reports and invoices.
• Resolve any pending appointments, orders or payments first.
• If you manage dependants, save their records too, since they're filed under your account.

Requesting deletion

1. Open Account settings and look for Delete account (or request it via support).
2. Confirm your request.
3. Your request is processed in line with our data and legal retention policies.

What happens to your data

Your personal data is removed in line with our policies. Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example certain financial or transaction records — for a limited period, but these are not used for anything else. Once your account is deleted, it and its access cannot be recovered, so make sure you've saved everything you need before you confirm.
