How do I keep my account secure?
A few simple habits keep your account — and the medical data inside it — safe. None of them take long, and together they make it very hard for anyone else to get in.
Do
- Use a strong, unique password, and change it if you ever suspect a problem.
- Keep your email and phone secure, since they're used for account recovery and OTPs.
- Log out on shared or public devices when you're done.
- Keep your browser or app updated to the latest version.
Don't
- Never share your password, OTP or card PIN — not even with someone claiming to be "support".
- Don't click suspicious links that claim to be from HelloDr.
- Don't reuse the same password across multiple sites.
Watch for scams
HelloDr will never ask for your password, OTP or full card details. If anyone does, it's a scam — see how to spot payment scams. If you suspect your account has been accessed, change your password immediately and contact support — see also what to do if your account was accessed.
