I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Resetting your password is quick and secure, and there's no need to create a new account — doing so would split your history across two logins. Just use the reset link sent to your registered email.

Steps

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Check your inbox for a password-reset link (also check Spam/Junk and Promotions).
4. Open the link and set a new, strong password.
5. Log in with your new password.

Tips

• Reset links expire after a short time for security — if yours is old, simply request a fresh one.
• Use a strong password: 8+ characters mixing letters, numbers and symbols.
• Don't reuse a password from another website.

No reset email?

Make sure you typed the correct registered email and check your spam folder. If you've lost access to that email account entirely, contact support so we can verify your identity and help you regain access safely.
