Caring Today for a Healthier Tomorrow and Forever Find A Doctor
Account, Privacy & Security

Can I have more than one account?

We strongly recommend one account per person. Keeping everything in a single account means your history, prescriptions and reports stay together — which is safer and far more convenient than splitting them.

Why one account

  • All your medical records live in one place, giving doctors a complete picture for safer care.
  • No confusion about which login holds your latest history.
  • Easier and faster support if you ever need help, because everything is in one place.

Managing family

Don't create separate accounts for children or relatives. Instead, add them as dependants under your own account — their records stay neatly filed under their names while you manage everything from one login.

If you're a provider and a patient

Account types are distinct (for example doctor versus patient). If you genuinely need both experiences, contact support for guidance rather than creating duplicate accounts that could cause confusion. And if you accidentally signed up twice, we can help you consolidate so nothing is lost.
