Caring Today for a Healthier Tomorrow and Forever Find A Doctor
Account, Privacy & Security

I think my account was accessed by someone else — what should I do?

If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, act quickly — fast action greatly limits any damage. These steps secure your account and lock out anyone who shouldn't be there.

Do this now

  1. Change your password immediately to a new, strong one — see how to change it. This also signs out all other sessions.
  2. Check that your email and phone are still yours, and secure them too (change those passwords if needed).
  3. Review recent activity — appointments, orders or profile changes you didn't make.

Then

  • Contact support with the details so we can help investigate and protect your account.
  • If any payment was involved, contact your bank or wallet provider as well.
  • Be alert to scam messages asking for OTPs or card details — see spotting scams.

Prevent it next time

  • Use a unique password and never share your OTPs.
  • Always log out on shared or public devices.
  • Keep your recovery email and phone secure and up to date.
