I think my account was accessed by someone else — what should I do?
If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, act quickly — fast action greatly limits any damage. These steps secure your account and lock out anyone who shouldn't be there.
Do this now
- Change your password immediately to a new, strong one — see how to change it. This also signs out all other sessions.
- Check that your email and phone are still yours, and secure them too (change those passwords if needed).
- Review recent activity — appointments, orders or profile changes you didn't make.
Then
- Contact support with the details so we can help investigate and protect your account.
- If any payment was involved, contact your bank or wallet provider as well.
- Be alert to scam messages asking for OTPs or card details — see spotting scams.
Prevent it next time
- Use a unique password and never share your OTPs.
- Always log out on shared or public devices.
- Keep your recovery email and phone secure and up to date.
