Someone is asking for my OTP or card PIN — is that HelloDr?

No — that is a scam. HelloDr and its staff will never ask you for your OTP, card PIN, banking password or full card number by call, SMS, email or chat. If anyone does, stop and do not share anything.

Red flags of a scam

• Someone claiming to be "HelloDr support" or your bank asks for an OTP "to confirm a refund".
• Pressure to act fast, threats to cancel your booking, or offers that sound too good to be true.
• A link to a page that isn't the official HelloDr site or the official payment gateway.

What to do

• Never share OTPs, PINs, passwords or card numbers with anyone, for any reason.
• Hang up or ignore the message, and don't click suspicious links.
• Only ever enter payment details on the official gateway during checkout.
• If you're unsure, contact us through official live chat and verify before doing anything.

If you already shared something

Contact your bank or wallet provider immediately to secure your account, then change your HelloDr password. Report the incident to us so we can help and warn others. Acting fast greatly limits any damage.
