Which payment methods are accepted on HelloDr?
HelloDr supports the payment methods most convenient for Pakistan, so you can pay whichever way suits you. Every option is secure, and the exact amount in PKR is always shown before you confirm.
Available methods
- Online card / mobile wallet — pay instantly and securely (for example via JazzCash). Your appointment or order is confirmed immediately.
- Bank transfer — transfer to the provided account and upload your payment proof (screenshot/receipt). The provider verifies it and confirms.
- Cash / Cash on Delivery — pay in person at the clinic, or on delivery for pharmacy orders, where the provider offers it.
How to choose
At checkout you'll see the methods available for that specific doctor, lab or pharmacy. Online payment is fastest and is usually required for online consultations, because the visit starts at the booked time. Bank transfer suits larger payments, and cash works well for in-clinic visits and local delivery.
