Do you keep my card or banking details?
No. HelloDr does not store your sensitive card or banking credentials. Those are handled directly by the secure payment gateway, so the most sensitive parts of your payment never touch our servers at all.
How it works
- When you pay online, you enter your details on the payment gateway's own secure page (e.g. JazzCash), not on HelloDr.
- The gateway processes the charge and simply tells HelloDr whether it succeeded or failed.
- HelloDr keeps only non-sensitive records — the amount, a transaction reference and the status — so you have a receipt and we can verify payments.
What we never store
- Full card numbers, expiry dates and CVV.
- Your banking password or PIN.
- Mobile wallet PIN or OTP codes.
For bank transfers
If you pay by bank transfer, you upload a screenshot/receipt as proof. Treat that image like any document — it shows the transaction, not your login credentials. Providers use it only to verify and confirm your payment, and you should still never share your banking password or PIN with anyone.
