Is my online payment safe?
Yes. HelloDr is built so your payments are processed safely through trusted, encrypted payment gateways. Your sensitive details are handled by the gateway, not stored on our servers, which keeps your money and information protected.
How your payment is protected
- Encrypted connections — the entire site uses HTTPS, so everything sent during checkout is encrypted.
- Trusted gateways — card and wallet payments are handled by established providers (such as JazzCash) on their own secure pages.
- Every payment tracked — each transaction gets a reference number so it can be verified end-to-end if anything goes wrong.
What HelloDr never does
- We don't store your full card number, CVV or banking PIN. See Do you keep my card details?
- We never ask for your password or full card details over chat, email or phone.
Stay safe
- Only ever enter payment details on the official gateway page during checkout.
- Ignore anyone claiming to be "HelloDr support" asking for OTPs, PINs or card numbers — that's a scam.
- Keep your payment reference number until your booking or order is confirmed.
