Where can I find my prescriptions?
All prescriptions issued to you (and your dependants) are stored in your account so you never lose a slip again. Whether the prescription came from an in-clinic visit or an online consult, it lands in the same place, ready to use.
Finding a prescription
- Open your dashboard and go to Prescriptions.
- Browse by date or doctor, or open the related appointment.
- Tap to view the full prescription — medicines, dosage and instructions.
What you can do
- Download or print the prescription as a PDF.
- Order medicines directly through the pharmacy for delivery.
- Share it securely with a pharmacy via a private link.
Dependants
Prescriptions for family members are filed under their name — switch to the dependant to see theirs. Building this history helps doctors make safer decisions at future visits, because they can see exactly what you've been prescribed before and avoid harmful combinations or duplications.
Have a question about a medicine, dose or possible side effect? Ask the prescribing doctor in chat rather than changing anything yourself. Keeping your prescriptions organised here also makes it easy to show a complete picture to any new doctor you see.
