How do I update my contact details or city?
Keeping your details current ensures you actually receive your reminders and see the most relevant nearby doctors and labs. It only takes a moment, and it's worth doing whenever you change your number or move city.
Update your details
- Open the account menu and choose Profile (or the patient dashboard).
- Edit your phone, email, city or other details.
- Save. You may need to verify a new phone number with an OTP.
Why it matters
- Phone & email — confirmations, reminders and your doctor's messages all go here.
- City — helps surface nearby in-clinic doctors, labs and pharmacies.
- Date of birth & gender — used for correct reference ranges and medication dosing.
Changing email or phone
For security, changing your login email or phone may require verification so that nobody else can alter your contact details. If you've lost access to your old number or email entirely, contact support — we'll verify your identity and help you update them so you keep full access to your account and history.
