How do I order medicines from a prescription?
Once you have a prescription on HelloDr, turning it into a delivered order is quick — you don't have to retype anything or visit a pharmacy in person unless you prefer to.
From prescription to order
- Open Prescriptions in your dashboard and select the prescription.
- Choose Order medicines (where available) or browse the pharmacy.
- Add the prescribed items to your cart, set your delivery address, and check out.
- Pay online or choose cash on delivery if it's offered.
Good to know
- Some medicines require a valid prescription — keep yours handy or attach it during checkout.
- Check quantities and dosages against your prescription before confirming the order.
- Delivery times and charges depend on the pharmacy and your location, and are shown before you pay.
You can also take a downloaded prescription to any local pharmacy if you'd rather collect in person. For order tracking, delivery times and returns, see the Pharmacy & Medicines section. If a prescribed brand is out of stock, ask your doctor or the pharmacist before substituting anything important.
