How do I view and download my lab reports?
When a lab uploads your results, they appear in your account ready to view and download — no need to collect a paper copy or chase the lab by phone. You'll usually be notified the moment they're available.
Where to look
- Open your dashboard and go to Lab Reports.
- Select the test to view results alongside their reference ranges.
- Tap Download for a PDF copy you can keep or print.
Understanding your report
- Each result is shown against a normal reference range for your age and gender.
- Values outside the range are usually highlighted — but only your doctor can interpret what they mean for you.
- Book a quick online consult to review results if you're unsure.
Sharing
You can generate a private, revocable link to share a report with a doctor, or simply attach it in a consultation chat. Your reports are private to you and aren't visible to anyone else unless you share them.
It's worth keeping your reports here over time — viewing past and present results together lets you and your doctor spot trends, which is especially valuable for long-term conditions like diabetes or thyroid issues.
