How do reviews and ratings work for patients?
Patient reviews keep the platform honest and help everyone choose the right doctor with confidence. Because reviews come only from verified, completed appointments, the ratings you see are genuine.
Leaving a review
After a completed appointment, you can rate your doctor and write feedback from Appointments → Past. See how to leave a review for the full steps.
How ratings are shown
- A doctor's star rating reflects the average of genuine patient reviews.
- Recent, verified reviews carry the most weight for other patients deciding who to see.
- Doctors may reply professionally to feedback.
The rules
- Reviews must be from a real appointment and your own experience.
- No offensive language, no private medical details of other people, no spam or fake reviews.
- Reviews that break the rules are removed, and you can report any review that does.
The most useful reviews are honest and specific — focus on communication, punctuality and the quality of care rather than unrelated complaints. Your feedback genuinely helps other patients and encourages doctors to keep their standards high.
