After a completed appointment you can rate and review your doctor. Honest reviews are one of the most valuable things on HelloDr — they help other patients choose well and help good doctors get the recognition they deserve.
How to review
- Open Appointments → Past in your dashboard.
- Find the completed visit and tap Leave a review.
- Give a star rating and write a few honest lines about your experience.
- Submit. Your review may be checked before it appears publicly.
What makes a helpful review
- Describe the doctor's communication, punctuality and how well your concern was handled.
- Be specific and respectful — avoid sharing private medical details.
- Mention whether it was an in-clinic or online visit, since experiences can differ.
Review guidelines
Reviews must be genuine and based on a real appointment. Offensive content, spam or fake reviews are removed, and you can report any review that breaks the rules. Doctors may respond professionally to feedback, which often turns a concern into a constructive resolution.
