Which languages and regions does HelloDr support?

HelloDr is designed first and foremost for Pakistan. The interface is in English with familiar local healthcare terminology, and all prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), so there's never any currency confusion at checkout.

Regional coverage

You can find doctors, clinics, hospitals, labs and pharmacies across major Pakistani cities. Use the city filter on Find Doctors or the location prompt to see options near you. Online consultations let you reach doctors regardless of city, which is especially helpful if you live somewhere with fewer specialists.

Currency and payments

All fees, test prices and medicine costs are in PKR. Local payment methods are supported, including online card/wallet payments (such as JazzCash), bank transfer with proof upload, and cash or cash-on-delivery where offered. See Payments & Billing for the full list and how each works.

Documents and reports

Prescriptions and clinical reports are generated in clear, professional formats suitable for sharing with any pharmacy or lab, in or outside the platform. Some report templates support bilingual (English/Urdu) layouts where the provider has enabled them, making them easy for everyone in the family to read.
