Yes — creating a HelloDr account and browsing doctors, labs and pharmacies is completely free. There's no membership fee for patients. You only pay for the actual healthcare services you choose to use, and every charge is shown clearly before you confirm.

- Registering and maintaining your patient account.
- Searching and comparing doctors, clinics, hospitals and labs.
- Reading doctor profiles, reviews, fees and availability.
- Storing your prescriptions, reports and invoices.
- Using the Help Center and live chat support.
What you pay for
- Doctor consultation fees — set by each doctor and shown on their profile before you book.
- Lab tests — priced by the lab; home sampling may add a small collection fee.
- Medicines — the product price plus any delivery charge.
For healthcare providers
