How do I complete and edit my profile?
A complete profile helps doctors understand you faster, makes booking smoother, and ensures you never miss an important message or reminder. It only takes a few minutes to fill in, and you can update it anytime.
Where to edit your profile
Log in, open the account menu (your name or avatar, top-right) and choose Profile or Edit Profile. Patients can manage everything from the patient dashboard, including details for any family members you've added.
What to add
- Profile photo — a clear headshot. Images must be JPG, PNG or WebP and under 2 MB.
- Personal details — date of birth, gender and city. Your city helps surface nearby doctors and labs.
- Contact info — a reachable phone number and email for appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Emergency contact — optional but recommended, especially for older family members.
Why it matters
Accurate contact details mean you won't miss appointment reminders or your doctor's messages. Your date of birth and gender help doctors and labs apply the correct reference ranges and medication dosing, which directly affects the quality and safety of your care. A recognisable photo also helps doctors during video consultations.
Privacy
