Join as soon as you can — the doctor may still be available, especially if the next slot is open. Open the appointment in your dashboard and tap Join. It's always worth trying before assuming you've missed it.

If you miss the slot

• Message the doctor in the appointment chat to explain and ask about continuing.
• Some doctors allow a short grace period or will complete the consult via chat.
• If the visit can't go ahead, you can usually rebook a new slot in a couple of taps.
