How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Changing your plan takes only a few minutes from the upgrade page, and you can do it whenever your needs change — scaling up in busy periods or down in quieter ones.
Steps
- Open Upgrade and compare the available plans.
- Select the plan that fits, and toggle any add-ons you want.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing.
- Pick how to activate (see below) and confirm.
Two ways to activate
- Pay now — pay online (e.g. JazzCash) and your plan activates instantly.
- Upload proof — pay by bank transfer, upload the receipt, and an admin approves it to activate.
After activating
- Your new features unlock right away (instant payment) or once approved (bank-transfer proof).
- Check your current plan and expiry date on your subscription page.
- Any add-ons appear alongside your plan.
