What are HelloDr plans and add-ons?
Healthcare providers — doctors, clinics, labs and pharmacies — use subscriptions to unlock the dashboard features they need to run their practice. The model is deliberately simple: one base plan plus optional add-ons on top.
Base plan
Your plan (tier) bundles a set of core features suited to your practice size and needs. You always have exactly one active plan at a time, so there's never any confusion about what you're paying for.
Add-ons
Add-ons layer extra capabilities on top of your plan, so you can enable just the modules you actually use without jumping up to a larger, more expensive tier.
Choosing
- Visit the upgrade page to compare plans and exactly what each one includes.
- Pick the plan that matches your needs, then toggle any add-ons you want.
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing where available — yearly usually costs less overall.
