When does my subscription renew or expire?
Your subscription runs for the billing period you chose — typically monthly or yearly — and then needs renewing to continue. Knowing your expiry date helps you renew in good time and avoid any interruption.
Checking your status
- Open your subscription page to see your current plan, your add-ons and your expiry date.
- You'll be reminded as the expiry date approaches.
Renewing
- Before expiry, go to Upgrade and renew the same plan (or switch to a different one).
- Pay instantly online, or by bank transfer with proof.
- Your access continues without interruption.
If it expires
When a plan lapses, premium features may pause until you renew — but your data is completely safe and nothing is deleted. You can renew at any time to restore full access exactly as it was. To avoid any disruption to your practice, it's best to renew a little before the expiry date rather than waiting until the last moment.
If you ever see features unexpectedly unavailable, check your subscription status first — an expired plan is the most common cause, and renewing fixes it instantly.
