I run a pharmacy — how do I use the POS system?

HelloDr includes a full pharmacy Point of Sale (POS) built for Pakistani medical stores — fast selling at the counter plus complete back-office control, all in one system.

What the POS does

• Fast sales — search or scan a barcode, build a cart, apply discounts, take split or partial payments, and print a receipt.
• Inventory — batch- and expiry-aware stock, low-stock alerts, and stock adjustments.
• Purchasing — record supplier purchases, purchase orders, GRNs, invoices and payments.
• Returns — handle both sale returns and purchase returns correctly.
• Finance — customer khata/ledger, supplier balances and expenses.
• Reports — sales, profit, stock valuation, expiry and outstanding balances.

Getting started

1. Register a Pharmacy account and set up your store profile.
2. Add your products with batches, prices and barcodes.
3. Record opening stock or your first purchase to stock up.
4. Open the POS and start selling.
