How long does medicine delivery take?

Delivery speed depends on the pharmacy and your location. The estimated time and any delivery charge are always shown before you confirm, so you can decide whether to wait for delivery or collect in person.

What affects timing

• Your distance from the pharmacy.
• Stock availability of the items you ordered.
• The time you order and the pharmacy's working hours.

Tracking your order

1. Open Orders in your dashboard.
2. Check the current status — confirmed, preparing, out for delivery, or delivered.
3. You'll be notified as the status changes.

Delivery tips

• Provide a precise address with landmarks and a reachable phone number.
• Choose cash on delivery if you'd rather pay when it arrives (where offered).
• Be available during the expected window so the rider can hand it over.

If delivery runs noticeably later than the estimate, contact the pharmacy through your order, or reach support with your order details and we'll follow up. For urgent medicines, collecting from a nearby pharmacy with a downloaded prescription is sometimes the fastest option.
