Can I return medicines or get a refund?
For health and safety reasons, medicine returns are limited and depend on the pharmacy's policy and local regulations. This protects every customer, since medicines can't be safely resold once they've left the pharmacy.
Usually returnable
- The wrong item was delivered (different from what you ordered).
- The product arrived damaged or expired.
- The item is not as described.
Usually not returnable
- Opened or used medicines, for safety reasons.
- Temperature-sensitive items once they've been delivered.
- Correctly supplied prescription items that you simply changed your mind about.
How to raise an issue
- Open the order in your dashboard and report the problem promptly.
- Share clear photos of the issue (wrong, damaged or expired item).
- The pharmacy reviews it and arranges a replacement or refund where applicable — see refunds.
Always check your delivery as soon as it arrives so any problem can be reported quickly, ideally the same day. The sooner you flag a wrong or damaged item, the faster the pharmacy can put it right.
