Where can I find my invoices and receipts?

Every payment on HelloDr generates an invoice/receipt you can view and download anytime — handy for your own records, for reimbursement, or for insurance claims.

Finding them

1. Open your dashboard and go to Payments or Invoices.
2. Browse by date or service (appointment, lab test, pharmacy order).
3. Tap an entry to view, then download or print the PDF.

What's on an invoice

• The service and provider, the date, the amount, and the payment method.
• A unique reference number for your records.
• A scannable code linking to a secure, shareable copy where enabled.

Sharing an invoice

You can generate a private shareable link to an invoice (for reimbursement or insurance) and revoke it later when it's no longer needed. Your invoices are private and only accessible to you unless you choose to share them.
