How do I print or reprint a pharmacy receipt or invoice?

The POS can print professional receipts and invoices, and reprint past ones whenever you need — handy when a print fails or a customer asks for another copy.
Printing a sale
- Complete a sale and choose Print — a thermal (small) or A4 receipt is generated.
- Pick your print target if you've configured more than one printer.
Reprint the last receipt
If a print failed, or the customer wants another copy, use Reprint last receipt on the POS to reopen and reprint the most recent sale — no need to recreate anything.
Printer options
- Browser/local printer via your device's standard print dialog.
- Networked or cloud printers where you've configured them in printer settings.
Invoices
Sale and supplier invoices are saved automatically and can be reprinted or shared securely later, so you always have a record. Receipts include your store's details and branding for a professional, trustworthy look.
Set your receipt header and footer (store name, address, contact, any required tax info) once in pharmacy settings, and every receipt you print will carry them consistently.
