Getting started

1. Register a Lab account and complete your lab profile.
2. Add your test catalogue — individual tests and panels with prices and turnaround times.
3. Set up branches and home-sampling areas if you offer them.
4. Configure how you receive and confirm bookings and payments.

Day-to-day

• Receive and manage test bookings from patients and from doctor referrals.
• Upload results securely to each patient's account.
• Track orders, samples and report delivery from your dashboard.

Reports & branding

Generate professional report PDFs carrying your lab's details and branding. Reports are stored privately and delivered to patients securely, so your patients get a smooth, trustworthy experience.
