Getting started
- Register a Lab account and complete your lab profile.
- Add your test catalogue — individual tests and panels with prices and turnaround times.
- Set up branches and home-sampling areas if you offer them.
- Configure how you receive and confirm bookings and payments.
Day-to-day
- Receive and manage test bookings from patients and from doctor referrals.
- Upload results securely to each patient's account.
- Track orders, samples and report delivery from your dashboard.
Reports & branding
Generate professional report PDFs carrying your lab's details and branding. Reports are stored privately and delivered to patients securely, so your patients get a smooth, trustworthy experience.
