When will my lab results be ready?
Result timing depends on the specific test — some are ready the same day, while others take longer because of specialised processing. The lab shows the expected turnaround at booking so you know what to expect.
Typical pattern
- Routine tests (e.g. CBC, blood sugar) are often ready quickly.
- Specialised tests, cultures and histopathology take longer.
- The expected turnaround is indicated when you book.
Tracking your results
- Open Lab Reports in your dashboard to see the status.
- You'll be notified when the results are uploaded.
- View and download the report once it's ready.
If results are delayed
Occasionally a test needs re-running or extra time to ensure accuracy — labs would rather be slightly late than give you a wrong result. If a report is clearly overdue versus the stated turnaround, contact the lab through your booking, or reach support with your booking reference.
