You set your own consultation fees, and HelloDr helps you collect them from patients either online or in person, depending on the visit type. Everything is tracked so your earnings are easy to reconcile.

Setting fees

• Define separate fees for in-clinic, video and chat consultations.
• Your fees are shown clearly on your profile before patients book, so there are no disputes later.

Collecting payment

• Online consults usually require advance payment, so your time is reserved and paid before the visit.
• In-clinic visits can be paid in advance or at the clinic, as you choose.
• Patients can pay by card/wallet or by bank transfer.

Earnings & records

• Track collected payments and invoices from your panel.
• Each transaction carries a reference for easy reconciliation.
• Refunds for cancellations follow the policy you set.
