How do I set my availability and time slots?

Your availability controls exactly when patients can book you, so keeping it accurate is the single most important thing for preventing double-bookings and no-shows. Patients only ever see your genuinely open slots.

Setting it up

1. Open your doctor panel and go to Schedule / Availability.
2. Set your working days and hours for each location and visit type.
3. Choose your slot length (e.g. 10–20 minutes) so the calendar generates bookable slots.
4. Save — patients now see and book only your open slots.

Managing changes

• Block out time for leave, breaks, surgery or emergencies.
• Keep separate availability for in-clinic versus online if they differ.
